    Don't buy this battery power bank. I bought it thinking it would be good because of the brand name. But it was junk. I would not recommend this to anyone. Takes long to charge the juicpack and takes even longer to charge your phone.

    Nothing seemed to be wrong with the packaging, but when I took it out and tried to charge it the first time, nothing happened. I "charged" it for about 24 hours and it was still completely dead, so I took it back to the store.

    I purchased this on sale at Best Buy. The unit was uncharged when I purchased it. I figured a long charge would help it, and charged it overnight. Unit never took a charge, and was sent back to Mophie. Waiting on a replacement.

    I think I bought a defective charger because I can't get this charger to work! Maybe that is why it was on sale. I have another model that was cheaper which I gave to my hubby because I wanted the better Mophie, big mistake!
