I've experienced very inconsistent charging results. Some days it can charge my iPhone 6 from 20 to 80% and other days it only supplies charge from 20-35% before dying. In all instances the battery is left charging over night. It could possibly be my iPhone, but I highly doubt it.

It a little to big for a battery back up but it does the work :)

I had to exchange 2 of the ones I purchased because they would not charge properly. I believe there are variations of quality in this particular product and I received ones that were not working well. They were Christmas gifts so it made me unhappy that they did not work properly.

this item WAS a stellar pack. but if you buy it on the $9.99 clearance price you will get an aged unit with bad cells. both that I ordered ruptured cells inside on first charge and are useless.... won't send back bc of the 6.99 return shipping fee... have to eat the loss.

Mophie external charger, excellent product. Worth the price.

I have had several portable chargers and for me this one falls at the bottom. It seems as if it doesn't hold a charge for too long. Others that I have can hold a charge for months if not used but not this one. I wouldn't recommend relying on this on in case of an emergency.

Product looks good and when paired with a short lightning cable it's easy to slip in a pocket, but the charge life seems to be short on my unit. A fully charged battery can be out of juice within a couple of days without it even being connected to my phone.

Definitely doesn't charge like it says it does. I wouldn't recommend on a trip. Maybe for when you go with your mom to the store and she leaves you in the car type deal.

I had a black version of this battery for several years and was very satisfied with the quality. Was looking for a present and this was an obvious choice. Great matte red color and good price. I would recommend to buy it

Didn't take long for me to realize I had a lemon on my hands. Right out of the box, it charged without a problem. But it would never take my iPhone 6S past 20-35% charged. I attempted to charge it with 3 different charging wires, and 3 attempts at discharging and regharging the Mophie. Fortunately, I called Mophie immediately. They determined i had a faulty unit, and they replaced it free-of-charge with their up-to-date version. The second unit charged my 6S immediately. I even got three phone recharges on one charge up of the new Mophie. Thanks, Mopohie

I bought this on a flash sale! I'm so excited to get this. Because other brands do not charge very well at all. And I have heard great things about this brand!!! Super excited to be able to charge my devices on the go!!

Doesn't seem to be 4000 mah, more like 3000 perhaps. I don't think output voltage is user- selectable either. It supposedly switches automatically depending on the device that's being charged.
