My fault that I can't return this piece of junk. I accidentally threw out the box and receipt before using. I also didn't need it for over a month after I bought it. When I did need it, it didn't work. According to the lights it was fully charged. I tried it on 6 different devices and it didn't power up or charge any of them. It does make a great paperweight though.

Tried several different times to charge. Never held any sort of charge. Never able to use. Waste of time and money.

My kiddos use this for their kindles and are able to keep them on all day if they were allowed to!

Bought this for my daughter so she would stop taking mine...so far so good...now we are both happy!

Doesn't fully charge your mobile device but provides enough. I like the light system that indicates charge status.

The Mophie - Juice Pack Powerstation External Battery looks awesome and good quality looking.

By far the worst portable battery I have used. Looks sleek and stylish, but the first one I purchased didn't charge at all. Got a second battery pack but would take 5 hours to fully charge on a wall charger, and then only charge my Galaxy S7 up 40% before the battery pack was depleted again. DO NOT BUY!

I am very happy so far with this device, I got it during a sale so definitely worth the money!

Bought this since my kids always kill my battery life when out on the road but this item is complicated to use

I thought this was a good buy but after one use - it had not more life, even after a night time charge.

I had high hope for this charger as I loved the color and size. Unfortunately it wouldn't hold a charge. I charged it until all four lights were lit. After disconnecting it, I pressed the button to light up the lights again and only two lights lit up, the two remaining lights were completely dark,

Great juice pack. Gave it to my boyfriend as a gift and he raves at what an awesome gift this is!

These are great. I have 3. Only the size could get better--that's not a complaint.

I purchased these because of their lightness and I was traveling to Disney. Bought 2 and first use went fine until I recharged them. Went to use them in the park and the recharge didn't hold. All lights indicating charged were out and dead. Fortunately I had other chargers. Very disappointed.
