Charged it for twelve hours and the last light keeps blinking. Unplug it and its dead. Tried this for 24 hours, last light keeps blinking. Tried charging through go different chargers, a computer, always dead when I unplug g it. Makes a decent paperweight so far. Gonna exchange it for a different brand.

OK but not great

You get what you pay for.....

I have the Samsung J7, it's a simple phone. I had another portable charger but I dropped it and it stopped working. I had bought two of them and I had to return one of them the very next day. I think this has been my worse purchase ever.

Never worked

We do have a one year warranty on all of our products and would be happy to get you a replacement. If you are following the instruction and still not getting a charge to your powerstation I would just suggest heading to mophie.com/TS and filling out a support ticket. Not very user friendly

It doesn't work

I accidentally threw out the box and receipt before using. I also didn't need it for over a month after I bought it. When I did need it, it didn't work. According to the lights it was fully charged. I tried it on 6 different devices and it didn't power up or charge any of them. It does make a great paperweight though.
