Looks great, but doesn't work

Looks sleek and stylish, but the first one I purchased didn't charge at all. Got a second battery pack but would take 5 hours to fully charge on a wall charger, and then only charge my Galaxy S7 up 40% before the battery pack was depleted again. DO NOT BUY!

After disconnecting it, I pressed the button to light up the lights again and only two lights lit up, the two remaining lights were completely dark,

Bought 2 and first use went fine until I recharged them. Went to use them in the park and the recharge didn't hold. All lights indicating charged were out and dead. Fortunately I had other chargers. Very disappointed.
