The Mophie powerstation has that power. Its the size of an iphone (standard). I love it and has saved me many times from the peril of low battery.

Mophie charger

It charges devices not at a blazing speed, but maybe a couple of hours to fully charge. You have to press the button for it to start charging, which I find annoying! Heavier than I expected, though. I wouldn't buy it full price, as it's nothing special, but for a Deal of the Day, it's a good option.
