My main use for this is in airports. I really can't complain because I received it free with the purchase of my phone.

Does not hold a charge as long as cheaper ones I bought elsewhere (considering the so-called MSRP). Not bad, but not great either. There are better products out there, so I doubt I would pay for one of these.

I use this again and again, but you have to remember to plug it in and keep it charged.

Even at regular price this is a great product.

I may be thinking of it as a battery but I don't think I am far off. Its not that it takes a day to charge but 30 minutes and I have 2% battery life.

It is odd that the powerstation duo is not fully charging your phone. It should be fully capable of giving you a full charge, and then some. If you think you are not getting the charge you deserve, you can always go to mophie.com/TS and fill out a support ticket to file a warranty claim. We have one year warranty on all of our products and would be happy to get you a replacement if have a faulty product. Thank you for being a valued mophie customer.
