Currently dealing with support
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It worked as advertised at first, but now after 6 months of sporadic use, it gets very hot when charging and doesn't hold a charge for more than a day or two. What good is a battery if it doesn't hold a charge? Opened a ticket through their support website. I'll update my review based on my experience with their support, but buying a relatively expensive brand name has not been worthwhile. I'd urge caution if other reviews are similar.
