Very simple to operate and quick to charge. I have an iPhone and iPad...this works great to charge just about any device with a USB connection

I bought this because I am hopelessly addicted to the game Ingress, which, for the uninitiated, means I'm out walking around using my phone and its GPS for hours. I needed something that could charge the large battery of a Samsung Galaxy S4, iPad 2, and Galaxy Tab 3 ten inch. This fit the bill, however it was the only one at Best Buy that could, which was disappointing. It would have been nice to have variety but this is what I'm stuck with and so far it's working good. I can charge the phone and a tablet at the same time, though it will run dead after 2 charges. Two phone scan be recharged 4 times before running dead. My only two complaints are as follows: Price and the USB connector. For $100 this is a bit too much. Yes, it works, yes it does what is advertised, but if it had been $50 I would've bought two. I think it's suffering from being the only high end recharger that Best Buy sells so its priced up accordingly. The USB plug on the charger that you plug into in order to recharge the Mophie is... a little flimsy. You can see that the plug is just sitting there in the port hole, and affixed to a circuit board probably beyond inside, but there's no rigidity to it. I think over time this plug will become lose from that circuit board because all of the stresses of plugging are all on that board. If it was somehow secured in the housing of the Mophie it would probably last longer. At this point I don't have confidence it will last more than a year. Never the less, if you have to buy this from Best Buy, and you need a large capacity charging battery, this is your only bet. It's intelligent, sleek, and lightweight, but I really wish there were other models to choose from.

I bought this for my Husband whom is in the Military, this has helped him out a lot when he isn't near a outlet to charge his phone or other devices. Great product!

For a tech-crazy person like me, this was a must-have. I'm impressed with how long this thing can hold a charge for. It can charge an iPhone (alone) four times at minimum, and it could probably charge an iPad at least twice. My only complaint is that it seems rather fragile to be carrying around, but other than that, it's done well for me.

This charges my Samsung Note 4 all the way to 100%. I am able to charge 2 devices at once at a fairly quick pace. The charging pack is small but is dense. It is about the size 2 iPod classics stacked on top of each other. The battery indicator lights help with understanding how much power is left.

I ordered this unit on Black Friday and received it fairly promptly. Once I got it I let the unit "fill up" overnight by connecting the provided USB to an extra iPhone/iPad plug and then connecting that to a wall outlet. So far I have charged my JAM speaker that I use with my iPhone/iPad twice. I also charged my iPhone 6. When I charged my phone I was at 28%. In about 3 hours I was back to 100% (was at about 70% in under two hours). After doing these charges I still have 3 LED lights lit on the unit which indicates how much power it has left to give. My only suggestion for the product is if somehow there was a door/compartment built into it to store the provided USB cable when not "filling up" the unit. Otherwise I'd say this is a very handy product and will be a lifesaver for me come summer when I travel or go camping and power is not readily available.

It is nice to have when you are away from a power source and charges fast.

This thing will charge two iPhone 5's twice, or an iPad at least once. If you're a person on the go without access to either an AC or DC adapter this is the gadget for you. Gotta get it!

I purchase over 6 of this battery when it was on sale. I use all 6 in my recent trips. There are my observation.. The Good. 1.) The charging output rating is good enough for around 700-1200 mA (based on Ampere app) It is good enough for medium charging. The charge speed will adjust from low to high. 2.) The charging input (recharging this battery) does auto stop when it is full. That's important to me, it is a safe design to prevent overheat to prevent fire, and pro-long the battery life. (A lot of people focus too much on capacity, and forgot about the safety of circuit design.) It is the problem with cheap brand. The Unknown 1.) This batter has 2 charging ports, that's a plus. However, I notice the charging behaviour is a little different comparing to other less known brand. Upon initial connecting to a phone, the phone's charging indicator will show "charging" for 1 second. Then, disconnect again, and then, 1 second later, it comes bad charging again. It happens to all 6 batteries I have. So, I am not sure this event is "by nature of design". 2.) Cannot determine the durability of the battery yet. It claims it has 500 charging cycles. The Bad 1.) 4 out of the 6 batteries that I purchase has charging problem with the exactly the same USB port. Looking from above, where the light indicator is facing you and on your right side, the left side of the USB port has problem. The issue is that, half of the time, this battery won't charge you phone!. It will show charge, then disconnect, charge, and disconnect again. infinite of time. 2.) The MSRP is $100. Good thing I didn't get it at the price, and it is not worth MSRP, given the issues that I have. However, it shows that it has 2-yr warranty. Let see how good their warranty process is.. 3.) It would be better if it comes with a micro-USB cable "attach" to it, and additionally, come with this dettachable micro-USB charging cable. I rated it 3 stars, because it seems to have good/safe circuit design, capacity as it claim, decent charging rate and "may be" good warranty. If there is a problem after contacting their warranty claim, I will report back.

Had this unit for 6 months. Originally bought to keep 2 iPhones and iPad minis charged up during a trip. Worked great to give the phones 2-3 charges during the day. 1-2 charges for the minis. Now using it for field work to keep my iPhone going on those long days.

I got this unit free with a phone upgrade. Very useful device, can charge iPad and phone at the same time while on the go.

I used this while traveling, it was very convenient. Charged the battery pack at night and my devices when needed during the day. Refills devices faster than an outlet, in my opinion, but recharge time for the battery pack does take quite a long time. It holds 3.5-4 full charges so the long recharge time is kind of expected - it never completely ran out of battery power once during our trip.

The portable battery charger itself is great and can charge phones rather quickly it does not come with a cord to fit any iPhone.

Bought this for a European vacation, We were constantly on the go, visiting five countries in nine nights. We charged this in the hotel at night and then used it to keep 3 iPhones operational throughout long days. Looks nice, built well and works perfectly.

The mophie charge battery is an excellent item. You can charge several devices at one time. Also the battery pack has charged my phone 4 times before running out of power. Awesome external charge pack.

I have used this charger at many a conference, With a full charge, this will keep two phones going all day (8-10 hrs). Very handy on long flights and layovers - never wait in line to charge again.

As far as product quality goes, this external battery is fine. Don't even think about trying to charge a tablet though. The price, however, for 6,000mAh, is horrendous. There are dozens of better quality battery packs available with 11,000, 15,000, or even 21,000mAh stored power available for less. Do your research before you buy something in this product family. You'll thank me later.

This product is great for traveling on the go for your smart phones. Allows you to charge your phone many times over while traveling and not having to worry about finding an outlet.

This is the best portable battery I've own....it can charge 2 Samsung Galaxy and an iphone.
