Doesn't jump car/ terrible support

When my car died and I went to use this for the first time, I was left disappointed. It didn't even try to crank the engine and this is on a 2L 4 cylinder gasoline car. I contacted support and 3 weeks later still no reply (except for a survey on how their support was). As for the other features: 1. the flash light is not impressive you can buy better ones for cheap. 2. The work light is not bright 3. The battery capacity is not impressive (around 10k mah at 3 volts) I have larger capacity batteries that have a lower profile So overall it s a terrible product and their customer support is even worst. I would look elsewhere. Disclaimer: I might have gotten a defective unit but without customer support replying there is no way to know for sure.

Convenient and practical

I was amazed at how powerful the flashlight was. A great little convenience and piece of mind.
