This is a great battery pack I keep it in my purse in case my phone goes dead when I'm out and about and don't have access to a charger. Works great and charges fast compared to other chargers.

My girlfriend and I just bought new phones and this is a great way to keep them charged on the go

Theses are a great gift for someone who is constantly on the go.

I bought my mophie and charged my phone once and it worked pretty good so. I threw away my receipt assuming it would continue to work. The next day, it was dead so I charged it. After that, it stopped charging my phone and my iPad mini. So, I put it back in the box with everything it came with and I went to my local BestBuy. I went to the customer service (which smelt horrible) and the man was gone for a moment but, soon came back. When he came back, I explained to him that it stopped working and that I bought it a couple weeks ago but I didn't have the receipt. It was obvious that we weren't his main concern because he ask me a few later seconds if he could have the receipt even though a few minutes ago I said I didn't have it! Nevertheless, I explained to him why I didn't have the receipt and asked to exchange it! And even with everything in the box and us going to the customer service desk, he rudely refused to return it and I again explained to him I just wanted to exchange it! So I walked out of the store with not only a broken mophie but, a headache from the awful smell from the customer service area.

i had a portable charger for $14 and i could charge my phone at least TWICE and a little more. this one is more light but one full charge and thats it

I wanted to invest in a battery pack just in case of emergencies. I should've picked something else, since this is virtually useless. I can charge it completely and it would be as if I left it Idle. Its a small package of disappointment.
