I'm glad you are a fan of the size, but I'm sorry to hear you are not getting the charge from it that you expected. Depending on what size battery you have in the device you are trying to charge, as compared to the size of the battery in the powerstation mini (2500 mAh), you may not always get a full charge. This also depends on your usage of the device you are charging during the charging process. If you feel you are not getting the correct amount of charge out of your mophie external battery, you can always contact our friendly support representatives by filling out a support ticket at mophie.com/ts. Under our one year warranty, we can certainly get you a replacement in the instance that your product isn't functioning as it should be. Just let us know and we would be happy to help.
Terrible charger

I charged it to the max when I first got it and then hooked up my Note 2. It was down to about 8%. About an hour later my phone was charged to 38% and the charger was depleted. Ok first charge maybe the next one will be better.. NOT!!! Same thing happened the next time I tried to charge my phone. Was gonna take it back for a refund but I tossed the box because of the good reviews so now I have a practically useless charger. Live and learn but never buy another Mophie brand.
