When my phone was at 0% dead it only charge to 80% battery.

Does not hold a charge or charge my phone. Need to return.

The product is very cheap and I recommend not to buy it .

Sorry to say but I purchased two of these charges and neither of them work well. One of them doesn't work at all and the other doesn't hold a charge of it's own and is slow charging the phone. I'm sorry I purchased these items and wouldn't recommend them.

This is an outdated device that was initially made for old smartphones. As I plugged it into my iPhone 6 and Galaxy S6, the battery was still dropping instead of getting charged. Had to return it.

This is not very useful because you have to make sure it's charged at all times and have a cord with you. The point is to have a backup in case you forget your cord or end up in a situation that prevents you from charging your phone the normal way

The capacity to charge iphoe 7 can't full charge. The cheapest charger i got from best buy too is way better $6 only and can charge fully my iphone. See sometimes those items on the floor are better than with the case.

I have had other external batteries and I like this one the best as of yet. It is compact in size and is lightweight. This makes it great for pockets as well as bags. It takes a while to charge this device but once charged it is very useful. It charges other devices fairly quickly.

This product does not stay charged. It charges your phone for only about 1/2 way when it has a charge. Once you take the product off the charger instantly the battery start going down: it won't stay charger even for a day.

I had 76% battery left on my phone. Plugged the Mophie in to see how long it would take to charge. One hour and 12 minutes. Really? My recommendation is to spend more money and buy a better one.

I bought this as I needed a new charger. Charged it and then charged my phone. Took forever and didn't fully charge my phone. Returned item.

The product claims to be able to support one and half charges. However best case it will charge your phone to 50% before the supply is depleted. Very unhappy with this product.

I got this for $10 promotion... IMHO I own a few different power banks and this one is junk.... fully charged it only charged my iphone7 to about 50% from 25%

Bought it for a trip to Ireland. Charged it before I left. Tried to charge my phone with it but didn't work.As I moved right after returning, I didn't try to return it yet.

This charger didn't even charge my iPhone 6plus for a half of a battery! It sucks! I should have gotten the 5x or 8x battery pack. I heard those are better.

It doesn't last very long . It only charges my iPhone only like 40 % then it needs to be recharged . Just money dwn the drain stay away from this item !

Battery rapidly dies, while trying to charge my Samsung Galaxy S6....i thought this was going to be a great buy - WRONG! Total waste of money!
