Very handy and necessary if you use your phone a lot

Excellent Charger! Would Recommend over many I’ve tried

It does not charge my iPhone twice as it says. I can get 1 1/2 full charge. Not worth it. Get the XL. It’s better.

Product was sold without the necessary cable or an indication on the package the cable required. Seems to happen frequently with Best Buy products

Poor instructions on how to use. Initial 24 hour charge indicator lights showed full but did not charge my cell phone. After another overnight charge it worked.

For some reason this one wouldn't hold a charge and used 1/2 the charge to charge my phone from 68% I have other Morphe battery packs and love them. This one was just a dud. I would recommend trying this brand as my other 4 work great except my family are all using them.

Well built except difficult to operate. Difficult to understand interface.

It doesn't work. It does charge properly. I have another Mophie model that works just fine.

Defective. Bought it since I’ve used Mophie products before and liked them. No charge right out of the box, tried charging it twice with no luck on it taking a charge. Returned and bought Anker power bank.

It’s not the best but does a slow charged. Price is a little bit high.

Worked for about a week and then one of the USB ports stopped working and is not charging. I’m past my return period so no returns.

I had this charger pluged in for 5 hours & it wasn’t even a 1/4 of the way charged. I gave it one star because there wasn’t an option for zero stars.

Does not hold up to charge capacity but its easy to carry and store as it is a size of an iphone and lightweight.

I have purchased this brand before for my other iPhones, where the cables plugged in and had excellence results with the chargers, never any problems. I finally gave it away because I had it so long. Long story short, I bought this magnetic charger for my iPhone Pro and it absolutely sucks. It heats my phone up quickly and I can never get a 100% charge.
