Mophie is fine service is horrible

I can see no where to tell you about the three trips I made into have my iPhone battery replaced. No adhesive... can’t do repair... the next time I tried to get it done the guy on the phone on weds.. said yes have adhesive let me check on battery.. yes have battery... he gives me Friday appt.. I go in sit thru diagnostics, sign paperwork.. THEN, the guy comes back and says sorry no battery! This was my third trip to the store , hour trip x3, to be told first come first served! Then why make me make an appt!! I will never return to this store and I will leave a review online
