I was guaranteed it was an excellent product and it would last a long time which I did find out that was a lie. I expect a replacement to be sent to me soon or otherwise I will not promote your business anywhere else

Expensive USB charger, failed in under 6 months.

Used it maybe 15-20 times for charging phone and various accessories. On April 7th 2022 I went to use it, it does nothing. It will not charge, will not turn on, its just dead.

I expected this to charge my phone more than once before it dies. Not satisfied at all. I have other Mophie portable chargers and they charge devices more than once.

Charged it for a full 12 hours overnight and when I went to plug it into my phone, nothing happened! Super bummed!!
