Best remote power station. Bought others, this one by far the best for my Apple gear. Long lasting and fast charging.

The 10,000mp is plenty to keep phones and headphones charged. Great to use at Graduations, with all the photos and videos being taken.

Love this line of backup mobile batteries. I have one at 20k and one at 10k and they are great to have especially if you need quick juice on the go for multiple products. Hoping they come out with one that has 2 usb c and 1 standard usb a ports soon. The main thing I don’t “love” is sometimes you need to activate the battery by tapping the only button on the unit so it starts charging the phone etc.

Had to swap it out as the first one didn’t hold a charge. Local store swapped it out no issues and has been working flawlessly since.

Charges my Samsung phone almost as fast as the normal lightening charger does. Easy to carry around with you if needed.

The four stars is because other Mophie products I've owned have been excellent... But: 1) No charging cable despite the fact your website description says there is one. Had to go find one cuz I didn't have the right kind. 2) I haven't had the charger long enough yet to see if, once charged, how well it'll work. Should charge my iphone 8+ and least a couple or three times on a full load. Also, does it hold the charge, or does it dissipate with time? Enquiring minds want to know...

There's a reason that this charger doesn't have any "open box" purchasing options. This portable charger is really good! For starters, this portable charger allows you to use an iphone usb-c charging cable (output) to charge your apple devices. There aren't too many portable chargers that have a usb-c output feature (aka let you charge your apple electronics). The portable charger uses a usb-c charging cable (input). This charging cord is provided and included in the box. You just need to open the box completely to find it. This product does charge fast. The fabric finish is nice, can't scratch your portable charger. In my opinion, it seems durable, sturdy, and well made. You can place it in your bag and not worry about it getting smashed or breaking if you dropped it (within reason. don't go throwing it to test its durability) There are reviews for this product where people complain about the weight and charging cord. If you want a portable charger that has a lot of "juice", you need to anticipate increased weight. This portable charger is not HeAvY. It weighs the around the same weight as the other 10k mAh chargers that are for sale at best buy (I read the specs for other chargers). As for the usb-c charging cord that is used to charge this device, it's included in the box. It's a bit hidden but all you have to do is simply open the box and empty everything out. If you're not dense then you'll be able to find it.
