I don't believe that it was a battery issue, but rather, the connector cord no longer worked. Attempted to remedy this through Best Buy, but they are unable to assist if the purchase was more than fifteen days ago. Well, mine lasted a month. I'm undecided whether to hassle with attempting to contact the manufacturer. Best Buy couldn't even offer advice on how to proceed in my attempt to exchange directly from Mophie. Frustrated with the product and its seller.

I have to unplug it, then separate the iphone adapter and then plug it back in. Then it works. I would have returned it but missed 7 day return windo

They were out of the that particular one at the West nashville location, sales associate recommended this one instead. I know mophie has a solid reputation, however, this particular unit is not very reliable. The cable disconnects all the time, if you put in your pocket, as opposed to the other one, which stay connected the whole time . It only charges your phone one time. Anyways, not what I was expecting . I’m glad I saved the box and receipt . I’m Returning it and buying the one had before .

It gives me about 2 full charges on the go. My absolute favorite gadget, You won't be disappointed!!
