OK battery pack

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not sure if it's defective or not, but when I charge my iphone, the light on the side of the battery pack only stayed on for a few seconds (as opposed to 30 seconds as stated in the manual). It did charge fully. The only problem with the product is that it's so heavy to carry in my purse. After about an hour, the shoulder started to become tired.

Good Size Power Source

Its a little tricky to use; unlike other portable sources which start charging immediately after connecting to device, you have to turn it on after connecting to phone.

I thought it would have more power and charge things faster. However, it didn't meet my expectations. It's very heavy and even though you can charge multiple items, it still charges really slow even when charging one thing. I have seen other smaller portable chargers that are the same as this one but are way faster and lighter. It does do what it's supposed to but it takes a lot longer.
