Didn’t charge

I charged it the whole first day and when I went to use it, it wouldn’t turn on. The lights just flash quickly and turned back off. I tried it on a different outlet and the same thing happened. I tried it again once I got back home from the trip and it still didn’t work. The only way it worked was when the power bank was plugged in and I had my phone plugged into the power bank, which clearly defeats the purpose. Might have just sat on the shelf at the store too long.

I bought it specifically to fast charge my galaxy Tablet but it doesn’t work for that the plugs on fit into the holes in the holes don’t fit into the plugs so I use it to charge my iPhone with my iPhone charger and when I plug in my tablet if it doesn’t charge so there’s something wrong with the connection with the android as opposed to the iPhone

Do not buy.... USB-c port defective. Will break

The USB-c port broke within the first day and you could not charge the battery. Charging Port is also throttled.... Luckily, Best Buy exchanged for me. I will never buy a other mophie product. Buy Anker... Half the cost, same battery
