Great concept and I was excited to purchase this item. Once I charged it up it did a great job charging my phone when it was not convenient to charge it another way. The problem is that once I needed to recharge the main unit again it did not take a charge. It seemed to only be good for the first use. If/when I think of it I will likely return this product. Greatly disappointed.

I can no longer use my Mophie as the connector for the USB charger pushed inside the device so I can no longer recharge it. I really liked it until this happened and was having problems with the connection before it pushed all the way inside the unit

Use this frequently, will raise charge on my iPad about 25% on a full charge, OR can charge iPhone several times. Very handy to keep in my pocket, pack when I'll be away from power source for an extended time or the sudden power outages, liked it so much I bought another.

This item failed to charge, new out if the box. I tried the included cable and a previously owned cable. The mophie was left to charge for over 24 hours, and it never did more than blink a few times.

Great product but I would never recommend buying it from Best Buy because it never fully charged and Best Buy didn't want to take it back. Watch what you buy from them in term of electronics

I own the 4400mAh and recently got this 12000mAh. I was impressed with the 4400 (compared to a PNY 4400 i recently also purchased which does not perform near as well as the Mophie). Now im super impressed with this 12000, I charged my Droid Turbo (3900mAh) one and a half times, and a friends LG smart phone (charged both at the same time) and i still have half the Juice Pack left. This pack also seems to support quick charge 2.0 but I haven't been able to find this in the documentation, if its not quick charge 2.0 then its pretty close. Mophie`s Juice Packs are worth every penny.

this is a great product for your portable devices if you are in an area with no electric and need access to charge your devices especially if more than one needs charged at the same time

literally lasts forever (well maybe not) but still always there when i need it. FYI its kinda on the heavy side but i don't really notice it since its always inside my backpack!

I purchased this charger when I am in a desperate need to charge my phone or iPad and an outlet is not available. Holds plenty of charge for 2 devices and charges fast.

It was great but literally died after only 6 months. I will never buy another one again.

This is perfect for college! I can't tell you the amount of times this thing has saved my friends and my phones/ipods from dying.

Charges my note 4 at least a couple of times and charges my IPAD fully. Extremely heavy for its size so tough to carry around for long periods but great for long trips or emergencies!

I purchased this charger so I could charge my phone and camera batteries while I'm wandering around. It's pretty small and fits in a cargo pocket. I can get about 4-5 charges to my phone, when it's 20% or lower. I have Sony cameras and I can get around 6 charges. What's great is that it charges a little faster than normal. I'm looking forward to taking this little guy on camping/hiking/vacation trips! It's a necessity for those on the go!!!

I have been using this for about a year now and love it. It's one of the things I always keep in my laptop bag so I can charge my devices when I can't find an outlet. It is a solid little brick and has LED lights to let me know how much charge is left so I'm not shocked if it runs out. (Press a button and one to four dots light up for a few seconds letting me know how much charge is left.)

Works great for traveling for business or in my personal life. I have land that my phone is in extended most of the time and burns the battery. Even the Mophie battery case can't keep up at times. This fall I've used it and it's great I can keep charging all day and not worry about the batter.

I love how fast this charged my phone, has two slots so i can share with a friend if they need. Only downfall is that it takes a long time to charge up, i guess because it holds os much it needs a lot of time to charge, but overall great product

This is great, as we can charge 2 devices at the same time. Can charge 4-6 iPhones in full, depending on how charged the phone is initially. So far no complaints and I would def recommend to friends! Great for camping too! Love this!

order two of this bad boys 12,000 mah battery thats like 12 iphone batteries i would be only using for an hour so im sure ill get more then 8 charges note mophie rep said it takes about 12 hours to charge or less if you have fast charging other then that loving this item

I spent the day at the beach with my teenage daughter and two of her friends . This power unit saved the day! After taking pictures and playing music our phones were dying , we were all able to charge our phones and our portable speaker! If you have teens this is a life saver!

I have a 3-year-old who loves to use my iPad and iPhone, and sometimes the battery can run out very quickly with no place to charge. The Mophie Powerstation XL has solved this problem and can charge my devices up to four times when on the go. Great product!
