I order online did not know this charger is so big and heavy, The reason I did not return because i was using my $20 coupon and only paid $5 for this charger, Charger charging speed is OK but just too heavy to carry around.

So solid battery bank. Charging time seems too long.

I recently purchased a battery bank from Best Buy, hoping to have a reliable backup power source. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Upon trying to charge the battery bank for the first time, I encountered a frustrating issue: it would only charge for a few seconds before stopping on its own. To continue charging, I had to repeatedly unplug and plug it back in, which quickly became tedious. The product description claimed it would take around four hours to fully charge, but with the constant interruptions, it felt like it would take forever. I was eager to return it, but unfortunately, I no longer had the original packaging, which complicated the return process. Overall, I’m quite disappointed with this purchase. I expected a functional, hassle-free charging experience, but this product failed to deliver. I would advise others to be cautious and consider other options before purchasing this battery bank.

Works fine but there are better choices out there. I have another brand with built in charging prongs (that go directly into the wall) and two built in cables to charge a Iphone and a USBC device. Both super handy.

Product has a great concept but quality is not as good as the mophie chargers made a few years ago(pre pandemic). I’ve had this device for less than 8 months and it stopped charging. I purchased a similar but less powerful mophie in 2022 and it stopped working within weeks of purchase and I made at least 3 returns/exchanges in less than 1 year before the warranty and geek squad protection expired. That when I decided to upgrade to this model and now I’m having the same quality issues with the device. It stopped charging after 7 months. I will try to exchange it again and hope that the replacement can at least out last the warranty and geek squad protection plan this time. Very sad how the quality at mophie has diminished over the years yet the prices are still high as if the quality still matches. Make the devices cheaper at retailers since the parts and quality is now cheaper.
