However, the device would not accept a charge So I had to return it. In the end I really did not get to see how it functioned.

Inconsistent

So far it’s been very inconsistent. Sometimes it starts charging right away and other times it takes it a few attempts to get going. Not happy. Dont have the time to keep trying to get it going time and time again.

Stopped charging

Well, this one model stopped working within 6 months. I have now no way to return it or get replacement. I do not recommend this

My 2nd Mophie

Similar in product but performance from new one is not good. May charge cell phone 1 time and only have minimal charge left. Will not recommend or buy another. Very disappointed.

Went bad in less than 5 months
