So far so good. It took a few tries to get that magnet stuck in the correct spot for the charger to work. Other than that it’s working perfectly

Great product so far. My phone battery always close to dying while at due to searching for cell signal. Now with this wireless charger I don’t have to worry about my iPhone dying.

This battery pack saved my day at Disneyland. I kept it separate until my phone was down to 30%. I connected battery pack. It added 50% (back up to 80% total). It did get warm in my shorts pocket, but it did not get hot. By connecting the two at ~30% it allowed me to continue using my phone after connection, and reduced the time I needed to have the two connected.

It lasted a very long time, I did misplace it often, but still found it. It is still worked, especially since it was USB-C compatible early on before Apple made the switch and you can also charge your airpods off of it. It’s has a very strong mag safe magnet. Not WATER RESISTANT OR WATER PROOF .

I purchased this Juice Pack Portable Charger for my elderly iPhone 8+. The phone's battery isn't what it used to be - but this Juice Pack resolved all those issues. I've really enjoyed having this charger around. It is the most convenient battery pack because all you do is slap it on the back of your phone and your set. It holds a powerful charge as well.
