This product is not very good. It gets very hot on phone

Really wanted this to work, but did NOT fully charge phone.

Tried to use and would not work. Plugged in and it wouldn’t charge.

The included plug did not fit the charger. And the Best Buy employee could not figure out how to attach the included ring or explain what it was for. I ended up returning it without ever using it.

The stick magnet thats supposed to stay on my case would not stay so i returned it.

Terrible I can never get a full charge. The phone literally heats up while in use the most I get is maybe an 80% charge and there is not touching the phone and leaving it alone for a few hours.

Very disappointed with it. Have a difficult time turning it on to charge my phone and doesn’t charge my phone all the way and it gets very hot when charging my phone.

Item is NOT compatible with iPhone 14 Pro. Mophie customer service unhelpful. Purchased four as gifts, none worked with iPhone 14 Pro.

Did not work with my iPhone 11. I will take it back.

Didn’t work with my iPhone. I made sure the battery was fully charged and tried to charge my iPhone 14 but it would not charge it. So I just returned the charger.

Not worth the money. I took it for extra juice while on vacation and it only charged for a short time.

This only charged my phone 40% before it died on me every time.

I’d give it less if I could. It will stick (kinda) to the iPhone 14 pro max, and sometimes charge. Makes the phone SUPER hot though. Not taking a chance on a $1400.00 phone. I’d return, but tossed the box.

Horrible experience. Right after the two week return period, the morphie quit holding a charge. While plugged into a wall outlet to charge, 3 days later and it’s only 20% charged. So very disappointed.

Makes my phone hot during charging. Charges slow and must be laid flat and completely still.

Super slow charger. Kept on falling off. Not used as it was heavier to carry than the benefits it provided. Used only for snout one week.

I thought i was missing the big picture with this product, BUT what i am missing is the rings to connect the two. I will look again, but if i still cant find them in the box, may I have new ones sent to me

This is the way to go when you need extra juice. More powerful than Apple pack and a fraction of the price.

This thing is not lightning but uses USB so is not easy as apple branded one though rhat sucks too!
