Great battery pack. Slim. No complaints. Using it with iPhone 14 Pro Max. It will not charge all the way while using but what can you expect - the phone is huge.

If you want a genuinely high quality magsafe battery pack, this is the one and only I suggest. But it does not fit the iPhone 12 mini. The magnets work great, especially on magsafe cases, but the length hangs off the end of the phone and blocks the main camera. Definitely would not get if I knew it would’ve fit the way it did, very disappointed.

Received as a christmas present, let phone die down a down. Charging comes on bit took more than a hour for ot to go from 66% to 83%.

I have been buying Mophie cases for many years, have the same problem I had back with two iPhone 4S battery cases. Cases seemed to work fine after that experience and have continued to purchase. My Mophie ACCESS XS case, battery case swelled up. It is making the iPhone impossible to use, since the case was swollen an the sides of the case press on the phone screen and touching the phone screen makes the touch not work well or touches in different areas since the swollen battery case interfers with the interaction. I purchased direct from Mophie because of the reviews I was reluctant to purchase from Amazon since so may fake/fraud cases being sent out by third parties. I called Mophie about the case and while under warranty there is a processing fee of $7.99 for the new replacement case even though under warranty and purchased direct from Mophie. I purchased the case for $9.99, so the warranty replacement is almost as much as a new case (and Mophie probably would send a refurbished case). I am disappointed with Mophie and will now purchase other competitor cases instead.

Question: Will this work with iPhone 11 Pro Max???
