Fun sci-fi action with interesting characters and story.

No doubt, this is one quirky movie plot. Massive, rolling cities ! Hunh?! Yep. London on tracks ! But very cool plot that rocks for 2 hours. Very C I N E MA T I C. Great sound. The 4K pops when it needs to. Recommended if you enjoy this kind of genre.

Great special effects but kind of a strange story.

This was better than I thought it would be. It's too bad no sequels were made. Hera Hilmar is very good as the lead. I only watched the blu-ray. I had no trouble downloading the digital copy.

Obviously the physics was ALL wrong, yet, that is not why we bought this, is it? NOOOOOOOOO! We bought it for the cinematic adventure, the special affect, (Very GOOD). The actors were engaging, and please, Hugo Weaving, he can carry a movie anyway! Still the storyline and character arches were inline with each other.

I think a lot of people slept on this movie, and they shouldn't have. It looks amazing in 4k, and the audio is awesome! And it's a decent story. Well worth a watch, and happy to have it in my collection.

Enjoyed movie will watch again and again long movie

It took a few moments to get used to seeing whole cities move around on tracks and wheels. Never could happen but it was interesting. Acting was good and the special effects, even though I didn't quite believe a few strategic events.

My husband and I went to the theater to see this movie and enjoyed it so much we bought the dvd. It’s really nice to be able to watch a fantasy movie that you can also enjoy watching with the older kids and doesn’t contain inappropriate material but still is fast past enough to keep you very entertained.

A great movie because it's got everything u want to watch in a movie.there is action since the beginning till the end. Special affect are great because it makes u feel like you are right there in that place. As for the price of the movie I thought it was worth it. All in ahhhh I give it 5stars. Thanks best buy.

Good and intriguing movie. Good storyline much better than what critics say about the movie. It's a movie for people who love special affects. I could watch it over and over, that's why I purchased it in 4k.

An audio and visual feast for the senses. Initially expectations weren't high, but with Peter Jackson producing this rivaled big budget spectaculars he's already helmed. Would definitely recommend seeing at least twice to pick up on the nuances missed the first time through.

I enjoyed the movie. It could have been better mainly in character development but still pretty good. The 4k picture and sound are very good, so if you looking for something to show off the new TV, this is a worthy look.

Mortal Engines iis a great movie, be it a bit different from the ones i am accustomed to buying. It has a really good plot and Hugo Weaving really sets the tone for a futuristic view of life far in our future. Mobile cities that attack and consume smaller mobile cities..... what a twist!

This movie I feel was greatly underrated. It is so different from the normal Hollywood cookie cutter plots and themes. Its a refreshing unique change with stunning cinematic visuals and scenery and the sound track is perfection. I highly recommend everyone sees this movie at once and walk into with an open mind. :)
