I went in with low expectations for this movie because of the bad press and bad reviews. I actually enjoyed the movie the storyline and characters.

Won't get into the story, I hate spoilers. The visuals in this movie are top tier. If you want to show off your tv this is the movie to do it with.

It was a decent story line and actors. all in all wasn't a bad movie and i would recommend it to others who like the post apocalyptic type movies

I thought the soundtrack and cinematography were both excellent. Interesting story and it kept me interested from start to finish. I love Peter Jackson's works and hope he releases his Lord of the Rings series on 4K UHD.

Never read the books, but the movie was great! The plot was entertaining, great cinematography, and the movie overall looked great in 4k/HDR!

Had rented DVD, liked it and purchased 4K version. Great Special Effects, Decent Story Line, Peter Jackson Direction. Just sitting back and taking it all in, not too bad. Wish I could have caught this one in IMAX!

I was not knowing what to expect going into this movie. But I really enjoyed it. action pack story that moved along quickly. Great special effects. you can tell Peter Jackson had a hand in this because it's outstanding

This movie isn't truly worthy of my 4 star rating but it at least breaks from the Hollywood mold and brings a new universe and characters.

It didn't do well in theaters, but this movie will one day achieve cult classic status. Fantastic effects and solid story. A little cheese at times but overall strong. 4K presentation is worth the purchase.

If the teens read the book series of this movie they might not like what they tried in the movie but again they may. It was an alright movie .

I really enjoyed mortal engines nice futuristic movie of the city’s on wheels action packed thrill ride they should certainly make a part 2 I highly recommend this film for movie consumers !!!! I give it a ten

While not a perfect movie, I had a blast watching this, and wish it was super successful so that we would get more movies in this world!

I was not impressed with the preview but surprisingly the movie turned out pretty good. Also a good movie for home theater as far sound.

Visuals are great, sad it didn't do well in the box office. The wife and I enjoyed it a lot. Peter Jackson is still a great world builder.

With the reviews I saw, I wasn't sure I was going to get this movie. Am I glad I did. It starts off slow, but when it takes off it moves.

This movie didn’t do well in theaters and the critics came down harsh on it. I happen to strongly disagree with them! This was a great sci-fi movie! It is super fast paced, so the story is easy to follow.

I thought this movie was quite entertaining. Too bad it didn't do very well at the box office and we probably won't see another one.

As I missed this movie at the cinema and wanted to see it but missed it! Was at best buy and seen it and to my joy I bought it and was pleased with the show!!Mortal engines was great a must see!!

Very good move! But they spent too much on visuals and needed to punch up the story a little. But I still recommend this movie.
