Paid for nothing! My item was stolen!

I would love to post a positive review of this seeing I'm a huge fan of Mortal Kombat. but instead I have to give a NEGATIVE review to Best Buy. This order claimed I picked it up on Mar. 30th. I never even went to Best Buy until today from getting the release date confused. If it would of cancelled I would be okay, but the fact they CLAIM I picked it up means I paid for nothing and someone else walked off with my movie. Manager then states they can't help but throws a 1 800 number on me and says call them if you want help. NO THANK YOU how about you guys get your information RIGHT before you just hand over someone's order to someone. Does no one even check ID anymore?! NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN. Oh and don't even think of taking this review down suits. I will make sure everyone sees this.
