Fun Reboot

Not exactly an award winner by any means, but if you were a fan of the video games, this latest Mortal Kombat film may satisfy an itch until you get the next installment of the video game. Recommend owning if you can find the blu-ray or 4K at a reasonable price. Looks great on 4K!

Very Decent Adaptation

Overall good acting from the entire cast. The action sequences were pretty great with tons of fanfare thrown in to please the MK fanatics. Looking forward for some sequels to this film and hoping they’ll get better and better with each one.

This version is pretty much how the other 2 should have been made. It's violent, familiar characters, a pretty decent story, and of course the blood and gore that made the arcade game so sought after when it was released years ago.
