    The movie just doesn't hold a candle to the original. The gore is okay. If you want a movie for cool fatalities, watch James Gunn's The Suicide Squad. The story here just falls apart. And the best characters in the movie most likely won't be in a sequel.

    Let me just say that the original MK movie was better. This was ok, first 7 min was great then it kinda went in another direction. I had high hopes for this MK movie but it was kinda a let down. It's worth a watch but it had potential that wasn't utilized.

    I liked this movie, but the main character I'm wondering if it was wise to use him instead of sticking with the main MK characters was a good idea? Still the movie was ok.

    The movie is fun, the steelbook is attractive but not terribly unique, and not worth the upcharge. The wide release might actually be more appealing to many.

    The movie was OK but it could’ve been better if they would have used more of the Mortal Kombat characters. But the 4K visuals are incredible.

    Cool steelbook for one, the story is pretty weak and it barely follows the story of MK to begin with. Hoping a sequel makes up for it!

    The movie was great the reason im rating it 3 stars is because its not an actual steelbook, Its plastic made to feel close too metal
