This device has a really good noise reduction, and the big plus for me was that it has a pretty good distance when staying connected. Great product at a great price.

Great blue tooth! I've had no problems connecting or keeping calls. I love using it to listen to music also. My old blue tooth would cut out, but not this one.

It does the job it was designed to do, the audio quality is not that great.

Like the hands-free option. Not the most comfortable in the ear.

When fully charged it says "You have more than six hours available." I used to have one that said "You have 11 hours, You have 4 hours, You have 2 hours." The multiple ear pieces are nice but one tore and that are not exactly comfortable. Not a bad earbud who has never had one before.

For the most part it's a good headset to have. The only complaint I have is that in the description online says it will announce the caller by name but haven't been able to get anything but the announcement of the number of the caller. Also haven't been able to find much on help correcting it.

The ear support broke within the first week. used the spare. Then the boom part broke, making it useless. Motorola offered to send me a newer one but I was expected to ship back the broken one back at my expense. Decided on a Plantronics one instead which I am very happy with.

Turning on the device is difficult as the boom turns in towards the cheek when off. It does not remain connected to the phone and constantly disconnects and reconnects. Cannot find a comfortable ear piece. Tells me the phone number but not the name of the caller if it is one of my contacts.

I bought the product online. It was a good value for the price.

I like the flip out voice thing to turn it on. Seems pretty comfortable.

Purchased this to replace an older Motorola Boom that I had for several years. Works just as well and I expect this will also last several years.

Love the hands free. It starts to bother my ear after about 3 hours but just take off rub ear wait about 10 minutes and back on and all is fine.

I have no complaints, I am very happy that I purchased it!

Bluetooth poorly made .Talking/power piece broke off.

It does the job for the price. Just need a spare Bluetooth.

I am frequently prompted to re-pair this headset with my phone. I've tried it on two phones, so it's not the phone, it's the headset. Also the little wire that goes behind the ear is very uncomfortable. I'm really disappointed.

I can't stand the in-ear models and these are always my favorite. Ear loop a must to keep it basically just on outside of ear with no intrusion or pressure.

Overall this is a good product. Connecting a call can be difficult.

The hinge that controls the on/off is a weak point
