While I liked the headset, others complained that my voice sounded like I was in a tunnel. And in less than a year, the little "door" that you flip open to turn on the unit broke off. Not really happy with this.

I had my last motorola headset for 2 years and unfortunately lost it, so I am not hard on headsets....the boom mic snapped off after only 1 month and the earloop came apart.

I did a lot of research on bluetooth ear pieces before purchasing this item. No amount of research could have prepared me for how lousy this piece is. The only good thing I have to say about it is that it's small and fits under my hair invisibly. It does not 'answer' when told to most of the time unless I really *SHOUT*. Until today.. while driving in my car a phone call came in... I said 'answer' 4 times... it didn't answer at all. I expected better out of Motorola but it is nothing but a piece of junk.

Works as a bluetooth fine but did not announce caller's name as stated in info when the call was from a contact. This is why I rated it low, but does work fine otherwise.

I've always used this Bluetooth n upgraded each time. This time around it's not the greatest. My callers claim I sound muffled. Not happy but I'm not bold yet to step out of my comfort zone. I love the flip feature.

I bought it because the price was good & the range use is 300ft. It was uncomfortable & the earpieces included didn't fit in my ear. I returned it because it didn't read out my text messages like the Jabra.

I've bought this headset several times. It is the best value out there and I will use it all the time.

This is the third one I've bought because my wife keeps losing them! Great quality on both ends.

Had a different brand that I returned that had low sound volume. Big improvement with the Motorola

with the help of a store assistant, I choose this very good Motorola Boom Bluetooth Headset.

I have bought 3 of these. The microphone flip part always breaks. I was very careful with the last one. I closed it after I got home left it in my car, when I opened the next morning it broke.

Within a week of owning the rubber ear piece had torn . thankfully there were additional pieces that came with the device. overall nice device ,but the flimsy design of the ear piece really is a "would not recommend".

Bought this for my dad, since he is a driver. He never puts it down even when he is at home.
