This bluetooth worked great until it broke apart after 5 weeks. The flip mechanism to turn it on snapped right off. Of course it is not covered even though I was sold the extended Best Buy warranty. That doesn't actually cover breakage. Not sure what the heck a warranty is for, but breakage through no fault of the owner is not covered. Very disappointed in the product and Best Buy for selling me the warranty that is useless

I returned this product because despite them sending different size rubber pieces there was not a good fit. It hurts the inside of my ears within the 1st 5 minutes so I couldn't enjoy the use of it.

This unit is replacing a Plantronics M50 that I had been stolen and I was a little skeptical purchasing this with no reviews online and the in store associate admitting he did not know if they had sold any of these in the store. he said they only started carrying them a week ago. He mentioned a 15 day return policy so I decided to test it out. I paired this BT with an older Motorola Droid 2 Global that I'm very fond of. The phone and BT paired almost instantly and immediately was playing media audio through the BT. The issue I'm having is that when initially connected the phone audio is not played through the BT like the media audio. The fix is to power cycle both the phone and BT, in that order, and then the BT plays both the phone and media audio. I can't tell if this is an issue with the BT or my older phone but with them both being motorola products I would thing annoyances like this would not be an issue. I love the size of the unit and the multiple wearing options. The pack includes one over the ear loop that rests on the outside of the ear, another over the ear loop with and ear bud to fit into the ear canal, and two inner ear loops with different size earbuds. I tried all four and prefer the over the ear loop with the ear bud. It feels very stable and the earbud blocks out some outside noise. Its nice that they include all four styles so there is something for everyone right out of the box. The only flaw I see with the design is the on/off flip microphone which is a good idea but the mic flips in towards your ear when you turn it off and is difficult to flip back out without knocking the unit loose from your ear. Perhaps with some wear the mic will loosen slightly and the problem might go away.

Don't like the quality and reception. It's lightweight which is good but you get what you paid for. It's cheap but not worth the money anyway.

After using it for about 3 days I returned it. I found it to be a bit flimsy. The ear part kept sliding. Also the volume was not as loud as I expected it to be.

the ifo side one thing and in reality not true. But i guess it like all thing now days it's made out to be more than it is.

Not happy at all with Best Buy's return Policy,!!!!!! Purchased this product because I thought I had lost the one I use. I found mine and have been out of town on a trip when I tried to return it they REFUSED TO CREDIT MY CREDIT CARD BECAUSE IT HAD BEEN OVER 14 days. Not only I was I out of town but both of my parents are in hospics and my time is limited . I don't like your policy at all!!!!!!!

Just a basic Bluetooth. Doesn't have the fancy add one like we thought it would have. Ended up bringing it back.

THIS IS MY 4th MOTOROLA BLUETOOTH HEADSET I HAVE OWNED. IT IS THE BEST FOR VOICE QUALITY AND DISTANCE OF ANY. I CANNOT BELIEVE THE PRODUCT IS SO POORLY MADE AND HAVE HAD TO REPAIR THE EAR CLIP 3 TIMES IN 45 DAYS. THE CHEEP PLASTIC THEY USED KEEPS BREAKING AND I HAD TO USE LAZER BOND USA PRODUCT TO REPAIR. THEY SHOULD REPLACE THAT EAR CLIP FREE OF CHARGE. PLAIN JUNK AS SOLD.....

Calls can't always be answered from the device. It is uncomfortable. But for the price it'll do in a pinch.

I am a 1st time bluetooth user and I bought the Boom two weeks ago. The quality of the sound is great. Had no trouble hearing callers and callers had no trouble hearing me. Didn't get comments from callers about sounding like I was in a tunnel or anything like that. Set up was simple and buttons on bluetooth are easily accessible. Battery life was good. My problem is with the fit. I tried the over the ear clip and the in the ear fit. Neither works for me. Maybe small ears???? I am returning today only because of fit.

I purchased this product for my fiancé and myself. The loop that goes around the ear broke on both items. Best Buy told me to contact Motorola. I attempted a number of times to contact Motorola and they failed to follow through on any of their commitments to replace the loop or provide us with a new product. We are returning these items to Best Buy. We want a refund for this product.

Can't complete call without breaking up. Constantly digitized its frustrating.

This product does not reach 30' range and has limited earpiece fittings.

Had Motorola before and loved it. But the plastic piece which goes behind/over ear is not comfortable. And rather painful after a time. Also..ear piece announces who is calling...jury is still out whether that feature is needed.

Sound not clear. Hurts my ear. Person on other end can't hear you
