Quality not good does not stay in ear well at all !!!!!!!

Did not read the package that it doesn't play back music

didn't like the poorly crafted ear wrap, very flimsy

This earpiece is ok because the earpiece breaks easily.

Super easy to use and a long battery life - even in the cold of Indiana. No one I have spoken to has complained about sound quality or background noise. In fact, a couple of people have commented on how good it sounds!

I have an iPhone 6s and this Motorola boom keeps disconnecting about one out of four times. When I answer or make a call it disconnects and freezes the phone. I have to turn off the blue tooth and start over. It's very annoying.

The Bluetooth Headset speaker broke within 30 days of purchase. I asked for a Best Buy Warranty but was told it was not available for this type of Headset. I am disappointed in Motorola and Best Buy regarding this product!!!

Does not operate as the online description says. It doesn't announce the name of the contact and it doesn't have the long range stated in the description. It also didn't always connect when receiving an incoming call.

I had to return device as the unit had a terrible echo and everyone who call said they could hear a bad echo while talking. Turned head set volume as low as possible and problem persisted. Ended up geting a Plantronics Legend

It doesn't sit on my ear properly, the loop to go behind the ear hurt, the noise cancelation if they have it Dont work people keep saying I can't hear too much noise in back ground . Just a waste of my money

No matter what I do, I cannot manage to ensure that others will hear me. It seems to be hit or miss and it is not dependent on how it is being worn. I've had it work on one call and then not work on the next call.

I didn't care for it to much, the type of work I do had it falling out my ear so I was messing with it all day, I am a ground maintenance worker.

I lost my plantronics voyager legend and was reluctant to spend so much for another unit. So I looked at the choices and went with the BOOM. It's been great- super easy to pair with my Iphone and simple to use. Just flip open the mike and listen to the tone telling you that it is connected and how much talk time you have left. I've had no issues with call quality and I'm told I can be heard very well. The unit is tiny- so tiny it's easy to lose in a pocket. I like the inside the ear holder- quite comfortable for me. The battery life has been excellent and it uses a common mico usb charger so I didn't have to purchase a car charger as I had one from a previous phone. The voice commands work well. The BOOM costs about 2/3 as much as the legend and in my opinion is just as good if not a better unit.

By far the best Bluetooth out there for a great price. I am an avid audio book listener and I also regularly get over 100 calls a day this thing just keeps going and going. Lasts at least 6 hours on a charge. It will give you a warning when battery is getting low. All you have to do is plug it in for 10 min and your good to go for the rest of the day. It also has great range there has been times I have left my phone in my house get in my truck drive a block away before it Cuts out and I realize I need to turn around and go get it. My biggest complaint about any other earpiece is after wearing for a short time they are uncomfortable and hurt. This one comes with a few different fitted options that I think would work for anyone. And is very lightweight I rarely ever notice I'm wearing it I have gone to bed listing to an audio book and woke up with it still in place the next morning. I rarely..if ever write a review for something I like but this product deserves it. I can't say enough good about this thing. If your looking for a Bluetooth don't hesitate to buy this one

It breaks very easily, the earpiece stretches out and becomes unusable. Motorola has sent replacements and each one has broken with. 3 months.

The flip plastic part broke three weeks after purchased and then the ear loop plastic broke a week later. Poorly designed and not tested for durability.

Difficult for people to hear me when I use it. I have difficulty hearing people on the other end of the call. Would defiantly not recommend to anyone!

The plastic ear clip will break and Motorola will not back them up. Do not waste your money and do not do business with Motorola.

The ear piece breaks and Motorolla does not cover it and their customer service stinks!

I'm highly dissapointed, I threw it my glove compartment in case I need an emergency Bluetooth. You get what you pay for.
