The product was uncomfortable in the ear. The ear bud ripped off when taken out of ear. Poorly manufactured.

Microphone picked up too much background noise, people could not hear me clearly, returned it and purchased another model

Due to a new Illinois law going into effect on Jan 1st, regarding hands-free phone use, I decided to get a bluetooth. Did some research and figured the cheap ones were garbage and went for this mid-priced model. No frills, just what I needed.. Took it home, charged it, turned it on. Immediately, my Galaxy S4 found the device and enabled it. Had my daughter make two calls to test it out. Sounded amazing and had no problem on her end either. Felt like I wasn't wearing anything while walking around talking. Easy to use the on/off and volume. Love how the boom is the on/off switch, lessening the need for one more switch, Couldn't ask for more for the money. This is a winner.

Don't buy easy to brake less then 3 weeks used, just bought and the speaker broke. Don't recommend.

it would b perfect earpiece if it were more small, because i love to use it at work (where i dont suppose to use it) but i use it all day at work listening to music and the battery last w music 6 hours and then i just charge it in 15 mins its done.. the people in the other side of the call hear me perfectly. its awesome.u can have the phone far away and the reception is good. ive been using it for 2 years.

Not good if you are looking for comfort. It wouldn't stay in my ear, the sound wasn't the best either

Not a good fit for my ear, no replacement ear buds in different sizes. One size does not fit all

I purchased this headset on sale at $40.99 plus tax so that I can take a call while driving. Sound quality on either side of the call is clear. Battery life is surprisingly long at approximately 8 hrs on a single 30 min charge (music and calls). I like the fact that the unit tells me how much talk time is left when I open the boom and it tells me who is calling. Recommend for sure.

Poor quality. It broke within a couple of weeks. Battery life didn't last long either.

The moving part that is used to turn it off and on BROKE. I haven't had it very long.

I bought the plantronics first but the battery drain very quickly the range was poor but then I switch it up to the Motorola boom great battery life good range nice voice good style I recommended

If you have small ears, the device doesn't stay attached.

I have only had this bluetooth for about 6 months and it is my favorite off all the brands and styles I have tried. It doesn't hurt my small eqrs like some other brands. The sound is great and it's battery lasts a long time. I am so disappointed that when i went to flip open the mouth piece to turn on the unit the mouth piece snapped off! It is unusable now. How frustrating. I expected it to last much longer.

This is a great bluetooth for the sound and battery life, but not very durable. I have owned this bluetooth headset since May of 2014 and the plastic clip that goes around the ear has broke off two months ago and the piece that folds down for the speaker cracked off today. If you decide to get this bluetooth it will be worth buying the insurance if you do not mind the hassle of going back to the store every few months.

I was very skeptical about this product I read some of the reviews before buying and took my chances on it. I don't regret it, great product . Sounds great, light weight and durable.The battery life not bad. It's a little tricky setting up the caller ID to recognize the name of your incoming call . Remember they have to be programmed in your contact list for it to work. If you have an iPhone 6s don't know if it works for Android the same, but you go into setting then phone setting you will see an option that says announce calls and choose headphones and car. It only works when phone is on on vibrate and it will says the callers name that you have programmed on your phone and then their number. It works a good majority of the time. hope my review helped some.
