This is the second one I have purchased and am very satisfied with this blue tooth.

Like the product for the price and the look is good.

I thought this was (finally) the perfect headset. Unfortunately unless I was calling from a quiet environment, everyone I called complained of background noise. Motorola's website states the headset has echo cancellation and noise reduction but I guess it's not very effective. I was really bummed because the headset is fantastic in every other way.

I went with this one but I am still partial to my Plantronics

The headphones work great. However, the over the ear hooks have a tendency to break within a year of use based on my experience. Make sure you take good care when installing the product on your ear if you use the over the ear hooks.

Great Bluetooth, it's easy to switch from ear to ear and comfortable to wear.

I drive trucks so handsfree is mandatory. I have a diesel so i need to hear. This had good volume at first and now seems to have declined. The fitment isn't snug it just rests on your ear so falls off if you bend over.

This Jabra Earpiece Bluetooth receiver/transmitter is so so. I find it difficult at times to use while driving and after losing it several times due to how small it is, I finally lost my last one. Never again.

I bought this product in July, 2015 and in September the earpiece broke. I Called Motorola and they are "very sorry" but they have none to replace it with and there is nothing that they can do. Because with a warranty the item is replaced with the exact item and they have none in stock, they will not replace it. I asked for a like product and they refused. SO I spent $60 for 2 months of use. The customer service was HORRIBLE and I DO NOT recommend Motorola anymore!!!

I have gone through several of Motorola's bluetooth headsets over the years. I believe this is my 4th one and my husbands 2nd one. Every time the boom breaks off. Unfortunately, the boom on this exact model broke after only one month. I am extremely careful with it, but it is so fragile. The Motorola customer service is horrific!! BEWARE! They may say it's warrantied then turn around and charge you (usually much more than what you would have bought it for). We've been fighting with them for two months on two warrantied headsets we returned. NEVER AGAIN, MOTOROLA - We've learned our lesson.

Bought it 11-27, now it's 12-13 and the flip part just flipped off and flew under the fridge. Not sure why it broke, but it'specifically worthless now. $60 paperweight, beyond the 15 day return policy, so stuck without a headset while I fight Motorola for support.

LOTS of echo for all calling parties regardless of which device I am connected to. Can cancel echo by going into settings, activating the WideBand audio, then closing the boom, going into settings again and turning WideBand audio off again. Problem is, if I close the boom to turn off the device, when I open the boom to turn back on, the echo returns even though I haven't changed the settings. I then have to go through the whole process again to get the echo cancelled. Would love to keep the Boom if it can be fixed, otherwise I may have to take it back... Otherwise a great device. Would recommend if this issue is fixed.

I purchased this as a replacement to my Motorola HX550 that I lost. I was excited to get the newest headset until I realized it is not compatible with My Moto Speaks which is the best speech to text app for Motorola devices. Why did Motorola design a headset that does not work with their own app? I am truly disappointed since I have used Motorola headsets for many, many years. Now i'm searching for a speech to text app that will work with the Boom.

The earpiece is very uncomfortable. The little wire that goes around my ear mashes into the back of my ear, and I haven't been able to get it adjusted so that it's snug but doesn't cut into the flesh. Worst of all, though, is that when I get out of range of my phone and then come back into range, it doesn't always reconnect. Sometimes it unpairs completely. I expect more from Motorola than this.

I had a Motorola Whisper for a couple of years, but it died. They don't make it any more, so I thought this Boom would be comparable. IT WAS NOT. I went back the next day and exchanged it for the Plantronics Voyager. The website for the Boom says it announces callers by name, but it doesn't. You can't answer by voice. You CAN make calls by voice by pressing the call button to activate Siri. You have to flip it off to put it in standby mode and other reviews say the flip breaks. The ear tips do not hold it securely in my ear. Maddeningly, if you're listening to audio, it goes off as soon as your phone locks, so you have to set your phone to never auto lock. So if you forget to lock it manually, you'll drain your phone's battery. I gave it two stars because it does allow you to talk on your phone hands free, but that's it.

Flip breaks in about two months, read reviews on Amazon . I wish I had before buying this. And motorola says it's my fault for turning it on. And won't warranty it.

I've purchased two of these over the years. This is my go to because I know it's good quality for the price.

It's an ok headset. Only complain is when you mute the headset, you hear an annoying beep every 5 seconds. Apparently it is normal on this handset. More better options out there

The wearing hooks are very cheap made it's just not worth the money.

It is good also it small size but it not working over 150 fits
