Since buying the phone (two phones one for the wife and one for me) it took 17 for the phone to show it true colors which is three past the refund time fram. Volume doesn't work properly, turn's on and off on it own, ppl can't hear me on the other end, drop calls, don't receive all calls.Eats, up my data. Wouldn't buy this phone again. Will tell friends and family not to buy this phone.

My screen chipped within the first week and compared to the other new phones the camera options are not great, either settings for messages, apps, and other gadgets. Overall not that great of a phone compared to other phones.

    Previous Droid X2

Screen scratches easier than Droid X2, Droid X2 very very durable! Too big for one handed operation. Loads videos better than X2. Probably going to miss not being able to change the battery instead of buying a new phone. Charges much faster and holds charge longer. Not as user friendly, commonly used "buttons" missing, where is the refresh button, how do I zoom the camera ( just a bunch of little annoying changes). Gmail look is annoying now. Videos load faster and play better. Hard to hear caller without turning on the speaker. I wish my X2 accessories would work with it. Charging port on bottom rather than side is an inconvenient location if you need to use the phone while it is charging. I've had this phone approximately 2 months now.

    Unhappy Droid Turbo 2 Buyer

I chose this model because the Samsung devices at the time didn't offer expandable storage space, and Motorala offered the only comparable device that did. Since day one I have regretted my decision to go with the Droid. Within the first 2 weeks, my phone would force restart, so I traded it in for the same model. Over the following year, I replaced the device 2 more times, until I finally got a Verizon rep who exchanged my Droid for a Samsung Galaxy S7.

Good fast phone battery not what i hoped.

The Turbo 2 is a great fast phone. Loved its responsiveness the screen was great. The only bad thing about the phone at least the one I had was the battery life was actually worse then the phone I was replacing a LG G2. When it was new the G2 would stay at 100% for 1hr 30 minutes after unplugging it and having it connected to a Bluetooth speaker in my work truck. The Turbo 2 would lose 3% power in that same time frame. With music playing and playing web games here and there which I know the games are a big battery drain would have the Turbo 2 at 40% by 830am after unplugging it at 5am to head to work. So with the battery not lasting like I expected of a brand new phone with a bigger battery. I took the Turbo 2 back and changed it for the LG G4. If your not playing web games like clash of clans or similar the phones battery will probably not be an issue for most users. For me it was the main reason I bought the phone for its bigger battery.

Had this phone for all of 2 days before I returned it. Doesn't have the capability to share texts over Bluetooth, no biometric security, ugly OS, feels cheap.

Amazing lasting battery, included TurboCharger, and the screen seems to really be shatterproof! Front flash is a bonus. Has Android 6.0, up to date with all other Android phones.
