I did not want to get locked into a contract w/ Verizon. This refurbished Moto G5S Plus 4G was the BBDOD for $200. I think it was a great deal. I have actually bought two of them. This is a good mid range phone. Above avg. processor speed, 64G memory, good display, Android OS. The battery is good so far. Only negative would be the plastic rear casing.

My first non-Samsung smartphone. Glad I tried it. Phone has a lot of nice features. Fingerprint sensor works well, Moto swipe gestures are great once you acclimate. I'm not a gamer but the phone seems much much faster than old Galaxy Grand Prime. LOUD speaker/ringer. And oh how nice it is not to have all the bloatware!!!!!! Only real gripe is with BB who did not think to include a sim card drawer ejector tool with a reconditioned phone (they don't even have or sell them in the store). Took a little research and scrounging to come up with one. Subsequently found out that the pin of a ladies pierced earring works well also. For now I am happy happy happy.

Moto g5s plus The phone is good so far, I'm using it for 3 weeks now and I like the biger memory and processor, also there is no sign of scratches or dents on it. Camera and sound is great too. I would give 5 stars if it came with the manual, sim card removal tool and in a better Packaging.

phone was in excellent condition, like new. good battery, all systems worked, no missing pixels. very satisfied with purchase.

I was skeptical about buying a used refurbished phone, but for the price I figured I'd give it a try. It ended up looking like brand new and also comes with same Best Buy warranty. So it was a win-win situation for me

Pretty awesome phone - handles pretty well for its 5.5" size. Battery life is good - it lasts a couple of days with average use (streaming audio, app use for 3-4 hrs/day, some calling etc.). The phone did not come with the tool to open up the SIM/microSD slot, but a paper clip works fine. I have been using it for about 6-7 months now, and have had no problems of phone freeze, dropped calls etc. Still waiting for Oreo update though.

After about 4 years the battery stared to go. Loved this phone, and it had regular Android and systems updates. Very good phone for basic needs.

Worth the money in buying this...I love it compared to my Samsung phone.

Good phone, battery last a long time. This is a good deal compared to the expensive iphone.
