I bought this phone to use in my bedroom, as my previous phone stopped working. I like that this phone is not too big and is raised up, to make it easier to read the caller ID. What I didn't realize is that the display does not light up when someone calls! All my other phones have had backlit displays, but not this phone. Disappointing. I would have given this phone a 5 star rating if only the display could light up. On the other hand, when I got a call, I tried at first talking thru the handset, then switched to the speaker phone. Believe it or not, my voice was heard better and louder over the speaker phone than talking into the handset. That's amazing, and it means that I can be lying in bed and converse with someone over the phone without needing to hold a handset or even talk loudly or be close to the phone! It's like talking to another person in my room, only they're calling over the phone instead. This is the best speaker phone built into any phone that I've owned! Although this phone has other features like an answering machine and call blocking capability, I'm not using those features.

Excellent phone. It can block unwanted solicitors and suspected scammers. It holds so many numbers in its phone book that I couldn’t possibly fill it up. It is corded, so it emits less radiation than a cordless phone. It was a good price also which was a plus.

Low volume receiver , earphone voice on the handset quality is low and poor quality. Everything else is average. It is small size tabletop telephone for the desk and I like it.

I looked several places for a corded landline phone. Bought a couple but had to return because cheap and had static. I have been very happy with this phone.

Poor advertisement feels misleading. Quality of sound was not great. The volume toggle only worked when machine was plugged into the wall, which was not specified & extremely important. On occasion the consumer does not have hearing aides in and could not hear well with volume at maximum. Definitely couldn’t hear until the machine was plugged into the power socket. Seems an unnecessary & poor design choice. Quality was not much improved by aides in. & as a caller, I found it also difficult to hear and understand while calling to the phone — an issue that was not had with the previous phone. Would not recommend. Would not but again. Will be returning.

Everything works fine. Thank God I do not have a cell phone anymore. Ad does not mention what all comes with it, most importantly, it comes with an AC power adapter. Needs no batteries.

Working well. I do wish the instructions were a bit more easy to follow. I still have a bit of trouble clearing the screen after calls.

This is a high quality corded telephone, but it is missing a most important function: A HOLD BUTTON. This makes it impossible to hold a call until it can be picked up in a different room.

It's a good digital answer machine phone but the LCD screen is too small to see the numbers and names

Answering machine not easy to set up. Need to devote some time to it Maybe i am not that tech savvy...

Very good phone. It is easy to setup and easy to use.

Not very good. Static. Waste of money. Tried several times and it just was pretty bad. Complaints from other people on phone.

Call blocking was a pain, it did block unwanted calls but it blocked all my regular calls and there was. I light in the phone

This is the PERFECT phone to block and stop all of those unwanted calls from telemarketers and robocalls. Thanks Motorola.

Good phone. I bought it for my sister who is ninety, and it is just fine for her, simple, but good quality. We don't worry about the answering system, etc.

The mic on the phone is so small that the patties on the other lines when using the speakerphone can barely hear me. Totally defeats the purpose of having a speakerphone.

The phone portable and easy to use and it works well.
