Phone is very basic and cheap coming from a iPhone this phone doesn't even come close to performance and ease of use and the battery performance other reviews have is non existent I may get 36 hours of s charge with minimal use

This phone is so much better than an Apple. Great price, and does at least as many tricks, possibly more. I love the size and the battery life, 2-3 days. It is so user friendly, So many features to get accustomed to. Love the size of it, love the facial recognition it has, love the processor it has. I can go a whole day without hardly needing to recharge the battery at all. No more IPhones for me!m seem like, regardless of all the features that they have. The camera quality seem to be pretty good compared to the iPhone camera. The phone is very easy to operate.

This is a basic phone. Nothing fancy, but does everything I needed.

The fine was fine, just didn't get good service connection where we live. Switched phones and reception was fine.

It was good while it lasted, but two months after the warranty expired the back came unglued.

couldnt complete order online as the site was messed up. Called and asked for help. There is no one to help with cell phones, so asked for small appliance. Man thought he was helping, but placed wrong phone in cart. The names are so similiar on Motorollas

Finally paid of my HTC 10 in Jan. The battery was horrible and I needed a new phone. Did not see the need to pay flagship prices based on how I use my phone. After a great deal of research i bought the G7 Power. The people at BB could not transfer anything onto it but I was able to do that myself. The phone is wonderful. The battery is the big draw and it delivers. Based on my usage, I get 3 or 4 days. Headed for work Tuesday am and was at 100%. Now Friday evening I am at 27%. But there is so much more to this phone than the battery. It has so many great features for a "budget" phone. I will never buy a flagship again. Phone call quality is very good. There are people who struggle with the wifi connection. I have no such problems. Actually the antenna is better than my HTC was. The fingerprint sensor works very well. Haven't used facial recognition yet. Sound is pretty good and it gets loud. Screen may not be the top of the line but it looks very good. Connected it to my car and my wife's car with no problems. I got this phone on sale Labor Day weekend for $169.99. I have no idea how you can beat such a great phone for that price. I love this phone. When it is time to change, I will be looking for another Moto.

It started glitching within a month and will just turn off for no reason!

I usually never leave a review for anyting. I also just created a Best buy account just for this review. The Motorola G7 power on Verizon is the best phone and experience ever. By far the best battery life. Super slim design. Extremely high quality clear display. TURBO charging is awesome. Also, this phone is super fast. 5 stars isn't enough. A++++

I have had this phone for several months now and it is by far the best I have owned. I have had other brands, my wife and children have had several. Nothing tops this phone. The battery has gone for 4 days many times and I am comfortable going to bed with 30% and have plenty of phone for business tomorrow. Buy screen protectors for this phone, it will save you money in the long run. A very good buy for the money and so far advanced to the many other Motorola's I have had prior to this one. For a 60+ year old stuburn man, I am well pleased

I was very excited to receive this phone, but I ended up receivind it nearly a week past scheduled droo date with no delay email or tracking updates. After finally getting the phone and finalizing all of the updates, by the time I finally could start using the phone, 45% of the internal storage was used up in the process. Overall the phone performs well, facial recognition is precise and quick as well the finger print reader. However, the poor handling of my order and being left with a little more than half of my internal storage for actual personal use, (I know I can use an microSD) I'm left more than a little disappointed by the experience.

15 year old daughter bought and paid for phone. Phone lasted for 4 months and became completely unresponsive. While the phone worked it was ok, 4G was kind of glitchy. Sent phone to Motorola-Lenovo for warranty repair; they said there was a small crack in the back cover of the phone, voided warranty, and asked for $125 to repair the phone. Because the crack and the device becoming inoperative did not coincide I asked for an explanation of how the crack caused the phone to become unresponsive, I was told "that did not matter...physical damage". For Motorola-Lenovo to take this default position and simply void the warranty speaks volumes to their integrity as a consumer product company. My position, and response to Motorola-Lenovo was, "Send back my defective device. I would rather spend 5x the repair cost with another companies new product, than to give you 1 more penny." Buyer Beware!
