Not a good bluetooth!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Personally I do not like this bluetooth. The fit in the ear is very uncomfortable and feels like it's going to fall out. Could not get it to connect to my Galaxy Note 3. Tried multiple times for approximately 30 minutes and still could not get it to connect to my phone. Ended up returning it for a refund.

Store clerk talked me into this one
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was shopping for a replacement bluetooth earpiece and was about to purchase one similar to the one I had been using. But sales clerk raved about this new Moto unit so I bought it. Had problems with it charging right from the start. Sent it to Motorola for in warranty repair/replacment. It took them several months to replace it. Meanwhile I had no earpiece so had to buy another one.....opted for the other unit I had been using. I'm not impressed with Motorola support. This earpiece also caused a mild infection in my ear because it caused sweating and completely closes off the ear. Even with the new replacement unit I don't use this hardly at all because of the amount of heat build up in my ear resulting in sweating. This is also a very expensive unit relative to other styles and brands.

Excellent product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this product for my son, for Christmas. He absolutely loves it and has no complaints. He stated that it holds an excellent charge, and has a great amount of talk time on one charge. Very easy to operate as well just put it in your ear and it does the rest.

Fantastic clarity
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was skeptical of the small size. However, the clarity is amazing. I have trouble keeping earbuds from falling out while in use. This one works perfectly and noise cancellation feature is great.

Earpiece
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This would be great because of the compact size, however it only has 3 hrs of talk time! Not really talk time. It only has 3 hrs off the charger time.

not ready for prime time
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well, I wanted to get this headset for a long time, and finally pulled the trigger the other day..what a disappointment! Sound was just so so, nothing like any of the other premium headsets I had owned over the years, and I have owned them ALL.. I had a disturbing clicking noise every 30 seconds or so, and when I called Motorola about it, they had no clue, and just gave me the "factory reset" answer, which did nothing. The volume level was just fair, the response to my voice commands was hit or miss, and even though I have a Samsung note 4, it didn't do anything very special at all. Yeah, it looked cool, and I like the idea of a small discreet headset, but, as far as being worth 150 bucks, NO WAY IN THE WORLD...Maybe for 59 dollars it would be a nice novelty, but if you use your headset a lot for work or anything else, this is NOT the one to choose; Voyager Edge, or Jabra Stealth are MUCH BETTER choices.

Alas, a Motorola misfire... :^(
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Moto Hint is a brilliant concept, but it falls short speaking for myself. I found it comfortable to wear right out of the box, easy to pair with my Samsung Galaxy S4 and a charm to configure as I wore it. The one thing that's a deal breaker is the volume generated by the piece itself. In a quiet environment it can work well upon receiving a call, but calling someone resulted in my sounding as if I was in a tunnel according to the caller. Not good. Plus being out and about with loud ambient noises and sounds I'm sure I won't receive clarity in calls received or calls transmitted, so to speak. Unfortunately and with regret I will return this Motorola misfire. Wotta pity! Peace...AladdinSane<~

Looks good sounds terrible
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ruthlessly groundbreaking design. This may very well be the Iphone of bluetooth headsets setting in cycle a new style of earpieces that will continue to grow more aesthetic and smaller. And the IR sensor that enables a no button design is amazing. With that being said the sound quality...well...it sucks. I had it for a day before taking it back. The volume was too low, noise cancellation is almost non-existent, and every one sounds like they are talking into a tin can. Music sounds no better. I truly wanted this to work better because I like the design so much but using while driving I ended up taking it out and just holding the phone. Motorola should have researched this a little more hopefully the next release will get the sound down because right now it is unusable unless you are in a quiet room.
