Now it displays a "sim card" error. Have to remove and re-insert it about twice a week. Other than those things, I'm liking it.

Exceptional deal with exceptional customer service! In and out with a smile on my face and a great phone to boot. He would lose connection frequently when trying to make a call. He now has less trouble finding a signal and staying connected.
