Returned due to leggy screen response time and just couldn't get over my buttons being backwards from using galaxy phones for years now love the shake on flashlight feature and has a great fingerprint scanner worked every time.

    Wow Motorola!

OK, I don't usually write reviews but I feel this phone is far underrated and not getting the credit it deserves. First off I am a phone junkie and the Moto Z Force joins my family of Huawei Nexus 6p (horrible company), LG V10, Motorola Nexus 6, 2 Nvidia shield tablets, Nvidia Shield TV, Nexus player and my least favorite iPhone 6s Plus. I have been a Motorola fan for a long time and I have to say they have outdone themselves this time. I know Lenovo owns them but I think that is only going to help Moto. The Z Force is crazy smooth, has a beautiful display, looks sexy as all! Moto mods are exciting because I felt the smartphone world was getting a little stagnant and this makes me excited like the old days. Reviewers on YouTube talked poorly about the camera so I assumed it would be bad because most Moto devices had bad camera's. I almost didn't buy it because it's going to be ultimately replacing my LG V10 and the manual camera on that thing is amazing. Let me tell you, the pictures I get on the Z are way better than they make it out to be and when I went to Best Buy to check it out I took a couple pics and made up my mind instantly. The phone is a total package and using Nexus devices I kind of got used to stock Android and that helped also. I chose this over the Note 7 and believe me when I tell you I am a Hardcore Note line fan. The lack of headphone jack really doesn't bother me because I've been wireless for years so it's not a problem for me. If you are on the fence give it a try for the 14 grace period and I'm positive you will fall in love. One last thing, this is the first phone I've been able to get 5-6 hours of screen on time and that just adds something sweet to the package. Now let's get some more mods, specifically lets get that camera mod released asap!

I will never buy another Motorola!! This phone has had issues since shortly after buying it. The screen turns to snow at random times. I owned another Motorola previously as well and had problems with it.

Phone freezes up sometimes and some of the software is slow. I constantly get an error message saying no network connection even though the WiFi symbol shows an excellent signal.

My husband has had this phone for 2 years now. It is an ok phone but the speaker sucks. It doesn't get very loud and neither does the ringer.

I have this phone for a week when Bluetooth no longer works. Call to Verizon and this is a new identified issue on this newly released phone. They put out a fix but it's not working. Top that off with Verizon replaced with refurbished so I paid $700 for a used phone. I get the replacement and yep. Bluetooth doesn't connect. What's Verizon going to do? Nothing. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE.

I purchased this phone but returned the next morning due to it being just too slippery which I fear would cause me to drop the phone and possibly cause damage. I was deciding between this, the Pixel XL and the LG V20. This phone was my choice but I returned it and went with my second choice due to the slipperiness. If you can live with that, it's a great phone with the mod attachments.
