A lot of people I talk to say they cant here me.

A lot of people I talk to say I am breaking up and can't here me very good. Did have this phone replaced once (which was a big hassle having everything transferred) but still have same problem with the second one. Verizon and Best Buy have both check this our and found no problem.

Verizon started carrier locking their device

There is no way to unlock it. If you are traveling beware that the phone may be locked. Will be returning. If you'd like to use the phone when travelling do yourself a favor and buy a oem unlocked version and skip the verizon garbage.

not sturdy

Motorola asked for $199 to get the screen replaced. Decided to get a different phone. Not worth it.

Poor service

Terribly built and very unreliable

It works great for the first few days and then it is all down hill. I am now using it for a WiFi only youtube device and not as a phone. Just terrible

Awesome phone at a Great Best Buy Price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Awesome phone. I love the bright responsive huge display. The battery is amazing. I am able to use the phone 2-3 days before recharging with moderate use- talk, text., surf, and a few you tube videos on most days. The phone has a very premium feel to it. It is made of glass on and aluminum frame. Much better than cheap plastic phones like the pixel line. Before upgrading I read plenty of reviews complaining about the fingerprint sensor. I find the finger print sensor works 95% of the time, but does take some time to learn how to use. The sensor seems to work best when it reads my thumb print. It took me quite a while to finally take the plunge and upgrade to the Moto Z4 from the Moto Z2 Force. I was reluctant to upgrade because there are reviewers that complain about the lower end processor of the Z4 compared to previous Z phones line the Z3 and Z2 Force. I do notice this phone is slightly slower than my Z2 Force – it is also ½ the price and works great. Motorola does an awesome job with the near stock android and moto actions included with this phone. The Z4 certainly is a great phone for the price. I would highly recommend this phone because it is relatively fast, has a vivid huge display, is mostly bloatware free, and has a phenomenal battery. . Best Buy having it on sale it on sale makes this phone a GREAT value.

After a intensive research to replace my wife's NOTE 3 I came across with this one. it has a good GHZ power and 4GB of ram it make it fast enough to do complicated task and bring as many APP you want. love it love it!!!!!! :) important remark. please use it with a case to extend its operational life

GREAT PRICE! Terrible execution & Customer Svc
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a Galaxy Note 8 that I dropped and cracked a portion of the screen and the screen stopped reacting to touch. I needed a phone as I'm a gig worker and I need to be able to work between apps and accept a gig. I purchased this phone around November 2019. At first this was a fantastic phone. It was priced right and also on sale! I think the total cost was $399 not including tax. I have this activated on Verizon and I think I'm good to go. This is all good until the hotter months come. This phone slows down significantly in the heat. When I need to open the camera it takes a while. When I need to open an app it takes a while. When I need to send a text it takes a while. This only happens in the heat as the temperature cools off (I'm in Vegas) the phone works better. I don't have stuff saved on it, maybe some music, I don't take pictures other than for the gig work. Then all hell broke loose. There was an Android update that I couldn't not accept. After the update was done, the bluetooth was skipping for EVERY BLUETOOTH DEVICE it was connected to. This includes the car for the phone calls and music, ear buds, wireless speakers, etc... This was eventually resolved about 1.5 months later after terrible customer service via phone and chat. The customer service for Motorola is terrible. I called when the bluetooth problem first happened and was told my only option was to send in the phone, be without a device to communicate, and then wait. Then I eventually did a google search on the problem and found the motorola message board which was aware of the problem, they didn't communicate it to their tier 1 representatives. I suggested updating their knowledge base or sending a communication or provide training, by reading the message board it wasn't done. I offered my service and to provide feedback, no one from Motorola contacted me. Anyway, I haved moved on from Motorola to a LG Velvet and am currently extremely happy. It is a jump up in price, I guess the saying is true... You get what you pay for...
