Great
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was concerned it wouldn't work with my iPod touch 5, the sales rep. told me it wouldn't. I bought it anyway and tested it in the parking lot, they worked perfectly with my iPod touch 5. Glad I did not listen to the sales rep. The sound quality is "average" it does not sound as good as my $15 earphones, BUT I wanted headphones that fit over my ears not in them. I would definitely recommend these headphones to iPod touch 5 users.

nice physical design, poor performance
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These headphones aren't overly bulky and gaudy, and the audio on them while listening is to music pretty good for the price (although I'm not an audiophile) however, I mainly got them hoping to use them as a handsfree headset for my phone or my computer. Unfortunately on both, it seems to be able to function on output or input. If the microphone is working, I can't hear through them, if the output is working, the microphone isn't. I've checked everything I can think of as far as making sure it is not trying to use the stereo output while using the mic (which I know some can't do) but everything shows as being connected to hands free for both input and output. I tried going opposite and setting hands free for input and stereo for output and still nothing. I got them to work properly exactly once, on a test call on skype, but when I hung up and tried to make another call without changing any settings, it was back to not working. Whether I'm doing something wrong or not, way too much hassle and lack of reliability.

I like the wireless idea, but I want sound quality.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I only gave a second star because they were wireless for less than $50, but I felt differently the moment I got home and tried them. I normally like sponge ear pads but these are of the poor quality. Supposedly the ear pads rotate but (following instructions) they don't turn easily at all. Apparently, Best Buy only stocks about 3 wireless headphones that are not more than your car payment. I want to return them, ASAP. The customer service guy in the store tried his best but even he seemed as frustrated as I was. I don't blame them for not having any mid-priced items of this nature. All in all, I am very disappointed in this item.

Broken after three months of jogging
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wore these 2-4 times per week to run, walk, bike, mow lawn, etc. and they're unable to power on after three months. I know nothing in the specs says they're sweat-resistant, but other reviewers did. So, I tried them. Now I'm out the $40 that I paid for them. Best Buy's return policy wouldn't cover replacing them, so I'm working with motorola. It sounds like they will, but I wish these worked. I wouldn't buy them if you are planning on getting them sweaty via long runs or intense workouts.

Misleading Ratings
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this device based on the rating 4.5 and the company Motorola, I was disappointed with both after it stopped working on day 2. Turned it on after getting home to see how I liked it and was satisfied with my purchase till the next day. After charging overnight I tried to turn it on without success. Attempted to troubleshoot it and find if anyone else had the issue and buried in the ratings were a whole slew of people with the same issue. Will never trust ratings again!!

Posted .Sorry to hear the headphones did not work out for you. The device does have a 1-year warranty. Did you contact Best Buy or Motorola to request a warranty exchange?

Total junk!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am on my THIRD pair of these headphones within the last 2.5 months. Each pair has quit working following the identical pattern of failure. First, they start losing charge time. Second, they start taking a long time to recharge. And finally, they won't charge at all or turn on. This last pair lasted less than one week! Realizing that these were probably low quality, after the second pair died I purchased the Best Best warranty knowing that I would be back, erroneously thinking that the warranty would cover all of these junk units for the period of the warranty. WRONG! It only covered THAT pair of junk headphones! The manager at BB realized my predicament and extended the warranty for this third pair. I use my headphones for medium-intensity weight lifting and treadmill running, usually 45-90 minutes 5 days per week. There is obviously a design or material flaw with these headphones (unless my local Best Buy just got a lousy batch). Either way, the quality is soooo poor that I will not buy these again, and will probably shy away from Motorola products in general. I would recommend not taking a chance on these headphones. Go for a different brand!

They're Okay
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. They are an okay pair of BT headphones. Sometimes they don't connect. I have trouble with them connecting in Windows 8. I have a USB BT adapter that isn't the greatest so that could be part of the problem. Prolonged use hurts the tops of your ears. If I was going to buy something again I would buy wireless ear buds or full size wireless over the ear headphones.

Really Bad
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good price, but a terrible product. I bought these headphones for the sole purpose of using them when working out. No wires=no fuss right? Well after about 10 minutes of working out, the earphones just soak up sweat like it's their job and the headphones shut-off for the next 2 or sohours. I've also had to completely reset the headphones 2-3 times and the battery seems to die with little to no use. If I want to use them one day I have to charge them that day. If I charge them the day before, they will probably be dead by the time I go to use them the next day. Overall, just a terrible product. I had such high hopes for these but the truth is that they are just not good. I'm currently looking to refund the product. I'd wait a little longer for a better/cheaper bluetooth headphone to hit the market.

Works great, then dies - known MFG failure
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had these for a few months, used for listening to music while running and weightlifting, After 7-8 uses would not take a charge or power up after 10 hours of charging. Experienced a well known manufacturers defect whereby the charging light flashes red - which is neither charging status ( solid red) or charged status (solid green). returned to Motorola for full refund. DO NOT BUY

Terrible Sound and Fit
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my second set. I returned the first thinking the distortion must me a defect. Sadly, the distortion is just as bad on this set. At low volume it's OK and sounds fine but if a song has bass or any loud sounds, there is terrible distortion. I'll be bringing these back and getting something that costs a little more and sounds much better. If you're just needing something for low volume these are fine but if you want to hear some bass, forget it. They also pinch my ears. I could overlook this if the sound was good but it just adds to my dissatisfaction.

Poor experience
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great price but not what I expected. The head phones do not sit firmly against my ears this not giving the best sound quality, especially the bass.
