Customers value the S11-HD Bluetooth Headphones for their exceptional sound quality, comfort during extended wear, long battery life, and secure fit that doesn't fall out during physical activities. While some users appreciate the wireless feature, a few have expressed concerns about the limited volume and sweat resistance of the headphones.

Bought and returned 1st pair after 10 days because right headphone stopped working, exchanged for a new one hoping the 1st one was just defective/bad luck, returned the 2nd one a week later for same issue, spend the extra money and get something that actually lasts.

I was excited to get this, but when I opened the box and TRIED to put the headphones on, they were too small and did not fit around my head.
I ended up staying with my wired ear buds.

I bought the Motorola S11 because I had enough of cable dangling when going to the gym or running. After reading a couple of reviews from here and others site and went to make a try. I will say that first time it was a little confusing to put them on place and I was hearing everything in my surrounding. After a couple of adjusting (3 minutes) I hit the spot and they are amazing! good bass, good sound quality and made some calls in my car and the people said they hear me loud and clear. But the most important thing they are comfortable! In some moments I forgot that I was wearing them. At least I wear them 2 hours at the gym and they came ready to use right at the box so you don't have to charge them. I am glad with my buy.

Comfort over Sound Quality

So I was in the market to replace an old set of Blootooth Headphones and came across the Motorola HD-11's. Was very intrigued as they looked great and seemed to be exactley what I was looking for.
I purchased them and tried them for about an hour only to be very dissaponited. The control to forward or reverse a song is not very intuitive. You have to hit the butten two times( Forward) or three times (Reverse) and if you don't push it fast enough it pauses the music. Could not deal with that on a regular basis as it kept pausing when I tried to change songs.
The other dissapointment was the sound quality. I found the sound very tinny. I scrolled through the five different equalizer settings but could not find one that improved the sound enough to make it aceptable to me.
Needless to say these are being returned and I am back to the drawing board looking for a lightweight, good sounding pair of bluetooth headphones.

Great Sound, Not Great for Talk

I purchased these primarly for working out. The sound has far exceeded my expectations. This is my second pair of Motorolla bluetooth headphones. These fit better for walking and/or running. With that being said, they are not that great for talking. I've had numerous complaints from friends that they cannot hear me. In short, great for working out not so good for talking.

I wear these everyday around the house, driving, shopping, etc. They are comfortable and sound great. The only problem is that after a little more than a month, the right ear piece broke.
GOOD THING I GOT THE WARRANTY FROM BEST BUY!!!
I always get the warranty because EVERY headset on the market has a weakness. I have had several over past 3 years and none of them have lasted more than 6 months.

The Sound of Music

The Motorola S11-HD headphones performed well and have great sound. However the rubber piece that contours to the back if your head gas thin plastic connectors to the headset body, and one side the plastic connectors piece broke off after a month of light use.

Not for iPhones

I bought this to replace my voyager legend because I wanted a good music and audio book headset for work. Music is good, but with iTunes, the first half a second is cut off of each song, same with Pandora. Audible is a nightmare. Every time a narrator pauses, the phone goes into some sort of sleep mode and doesn't kick back in until one or two words has passed. I thought I was listening to the drive thru gag from Wayne's World. I experienced this problem with both an older iPhone and my brand new one. I'm within my 30 days, so I'm going to exchange them for something that works with an iPhone. As part of my troubleshooting, I used the headphones with my android tablet which worked perfectly. I'm really disappointed because they are excellent sounding with good bass and decent call quality. I would like to make them work, but I'm not switching away from my new iPhone just for these.

inner band broke 2x in a month

I initially feel in love with these headphones. The concept is great. The sound is great. The inner band However, is not so great. 15 days after buying these my inner band broke. Then I got them replaced. Within 2 weeks it broke again. Very disappointed about the way this band was made when the rest of the headset is terrific. I am thinking of writing the company.

Good Sound, poor fit.

Unboxing was easy, set up was just as simple.
The problems came at putting them on. I have a larger neck and head (17in collar on dress shirts) and these had to stretch to fit over my ears. I thought it would be fine and they would just break in, but they had my ears sore and uncomfortable in ten minutes.
I had bought them to work out with. but after turning my head to test fit they fell right off.
So if you have a small or average frame, sure they would be just fine, the sound was good enough for bluetooth headsets.
I got these as a gift from my gym partner, and he is returning them asap.

Don't buy if their for the gym!!!!

Bought these based on the brand and the sweat proof claim. First off, while running they bounce on you're head, extremely annoying. Second you, lay down on a bench the plastic on the back hits you're head. If you wear glasses forget it, they won't fit right. And finally they allow sweet too run into your ears, this ultimately caused the right eat bud to die mid run. They went back to the store in less than 24 hours.
So, if you don't use them for any of the above mentioned you should be fine. They did sound pretty good until they quit.

S11- HD is a good product but the S-11 Flex HD is a great product. S11- HD does not have a previous song feature which is necessary when exercising. The S11 Flex HD has a previous song feature and 2 more headphone adjustments.

Purchased these in May to go jogging and the gym because I hate getting tangled up in cords and ripping the ear buds out. I wore them 3-4 times a week to jog or go to the gym. Easy to pair to my phone and paired again easily when I got a new phone. Sound quality was decent. They worked great for about 3-3 1/2 months before the L ear quit working and has no sound at all. Luckily, I purchased the 2-year protection plan and I will be returning these.

I'm actually about to return mine as the volume will only raise so high - its impossible to work out with them in the gym with ambient noise - which frankly is ridiculous for a pair of "HD" stereo earphones. The sound isn't that isolated bc its never a great fit. I love my original Bluetooth Motorola earphones so I was excited to get this pair and it totally misses the boat. I'm LOVING my Beats Bluetooth earbuds however.

Second pair of these. First one lasted over a year till it decided not to charge. Second pair lasted just two months and now won't charge. These sound the best out of any Bluetooth I tried, but just terrible durability.
