Worked good under half a mile

I knew that wouldn’t be true but I was hoping to get at least 1-3 mile range. When I tested them out in a rural mountain area I could only get around half a mile distance so I decided to return them.

Decent enough Radio!

Great product for the price

We recently moved to a 160-acre property and this radio had excellent range and sound quality. Granted the property is fairly flat with a few trees, but I am satisfied with the purchase. Programming it was easy as well. Another great feature is access to NOAA extreme weather information.

great radios; not so great add-ons

However, ear buds are HUGE! Very uncomfortable, not usable for duration of need. Should have bought just the radios ($25 cheaper)
