I bought these for a hunting trip and they worked great . I really liked to silent talk option .Also the range of them with 4 radios connected at once and in the deep woods and they still worked great.

The fact that they are water proof is great. The range they claim on them however is much shorter.

Great 2 way radios for anything outdoors. Waterproof was a must with our hobbies. Would buy these again if I had to!

We bought this set as a Christmas present for my husband's folks. One is often in the house while the other is down on their dock (approx. 80 yds. away). They don't like to take their phones down by the water, so these work perfectly for them to communicate. They're easy to use, and the sound is clear.

Great for camping I can't wait to go camping this summer and use them. I don't even have to use my cell phone

Cell phone service at our location is nil. The 2-way radios ensure I can communicate with my husband when he's on the boat, and when he's ready to pick me up at the dock. We also use them when traveling in two cars--using cell phones take too long to use. I can instantly be in communication with him.

These are great walkie talkies. We used them successfully in a dense city at distances of up to one mile with little to no distortion.

These work great. There are limitations with this radio band but they do work as intended. We use them when hiking to stay in touch and when road tripping with others. We used them on a trek reanactment and they were great.

This is my second set of these Radios..... Long battery life, option to use included rechargeables or standard AA is a great feature. Distance of communication, as with all radios of this type vary a great deal depending on conditions and terrain. Well built and easy to use.

I bought this as a gift. They loved it. They used it during snowboarding in Utah. They said it worked very well! Clear, easy to carry and proved to be extremely useful. Added lots of fun to the snowboarding since they got to communicate with each other very well.

We love these walkie talkies. We use them when we go hiking or even walking the dog. The children take them with them when they go on walks at night so that we can stay in touch. They cover the distance advertised.
