Normally, a new battery should last 1-2 hours in video mode and 3-4 hours in audio mode.

We returned it after the first day. The cord length is also very short which made it hard to position.

Decent Monitor
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This monitor is a decent baby monitor for checking in on your little one. The picture is clear and i can turn the volume up loud enough to hear him cry at night. You cannot hear them breathing though, so that is a down fall. Also, every once in a while the screen will just go fuzzy for a few min. I usually have to turn it off and back on to fix it. But the worst thing is the battery. It literally dies after 15 min off the charger. It's good bc I feel comfortable using it at night when we're all sleeping, but the other things are just annoying. I probably wouldn't buy a second one.

I thought this would be a good option for the price. I was wrong. First of all with vtech you can move the camera from the monitor. Not with this one! Second the thing doesn’t hold a charge at all. It maybe lasts an hour off the charger. The picture is good and sound is ok. But seriously for $50 more you can have the vtech that does it all and actually holds a freaking charge !
